Hello!! Namaste mero 4yrs ko baby teti boldaina,, jun aru usko age ko baby le sabai bolx kina hola?? Kehi problem ta xaina hola ki k garnuparx hamile yesko lagi?? Plz suggest ????????????????????????

Firstly, How many words and sentences can your child speak at present?? Other question is :Is only his speech affected?? Was their any complications during birth?? 
If everything is normal and there is delay in speech only then, you need to get your child speech therapist. But, however if other milestones/development is also delayed, then consult doctor as detailed history and examination is needed to assess the child.
